Privacy policy

1. Personal Data

We collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent, commissioning or order for the purposes agreed with you or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the GDPR; this in compliance with data protection and civil law provisions. Only such personal data are collected that are necessary for the implementation and processing of our services or that you have made available to us voluntarily.

Personal data is all data that contains individual details about personal or factual circumstances, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, video recordings, photos, voice recordings of people and biometric data such as fingerprints. Sensitive data such as health data or data in connection with criminal proceedings can also be included.

2. Information and Deletion

As a customer or generally as a person concerned, you have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, data transmission, objection, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissible data at any time processed data.
If there are any changes to your personal data, we ask that you inform us accordingly.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your input for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer, in the latter case, provided that this does not cause a disproportionate effort, can be sent to the address of our company given in point 8. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the responsible supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible for this.

3. Data Security

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorized, illegal or accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Notwithstanding the efforts to maintain a consistently high level of due diligence, it cannot be ruled out that information that you provide to us via the Internet will be viewed and used by other people. Please note that we therefore assume no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hack attack on email account or telephone, interception of faxes).

4. Use of Data

We process personal data for the purpose of order processing and contract fulfillment or on the basis of your separate consent and in compliance with statutory retention periods in compliance with all provisions of the GDPR.

5. Transmission of data to third parties

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on Google's behalf. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you can if applicable not use all functions of this website in full.

By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with full IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form in order to rule out direct personal reference. Some recipients of your personal data may be located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which we have standard contractual clauses (2010/87/ EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on the YouTube platform and can be played directly from our website. YouTube is a service provided by Google LLC, D/B/A YouTube. 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). The videos are all embedded in the so-called "2-click solution". This means that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to Google if you do not activate the video function. Before activating the video function, only a preview image loaded from our own web server is displayed.

Data is only transferred to Google if you activate such video functions. Once activated, we have no influence on this data transfer. The data transfer takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are signed in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account.

6. Data Breach Notification

We make every effort to ensure that data breaches are recognized at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the responsible supervisory authority without delay, including the respective data categories that are affected.

7. Data retention

In accordance with the principle of data minimization, we will not store data longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations. Aside from statutory retention periods, personal data is stored for no longer than the period required to fulfill the processing purpose or to establish and defend legal claims within the meaning of Article 17 (3) lit. e GDPR.
